कुछ घटना, बातें, मुलाकातें ऐसी होती हैं जो हमें ढेर सारी सीख, परिप्रेक्ष्य दे जाती हैं। हमारी मेंटर आर्गेनाइजेशन TFIx – Teach for India की संचालिका राजश्री दोषी जी ने हमारा काम समझने के लिए Learning Companions के सभी भागधारक, हमारे फेलो, छात्र, समुदाय तथा अन्य सहयोगी संस्था/व्यक्ति इन सभी से मुलाकात की। इस निमित्त से हम अपने काम को और गहराई से देख पाए, प्रस्तुत उपक्रम की कमियां ज्यादा स्पष्टता से नजर आई और कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कृति-कार्यक्रम मिले।
18-19 October 2021 – How many things can we learn in a day? There are some incidents, conversations, encounters that give us a lot of learning and perspective. Rajshree Doshi, the operator of our mentor organization TFIx – Teach for India, met all the participants of Learning Companions, our fellows, students, community and other partner organizations / individuals to understand our work. This allowed us to take a more in-depth look at our work, more clearly see the limitations in our programs, and got some very important actionables.

२० अक्टूबर २०२१ – आज बहुतांश विषय और समस्याओं पर पर्याप्त संशोधन हो चूका है

तथा बहुत सारे साधनों की निर्मिति हो चुकी है। इसलिए हर बार कोई नया काम शुरू करते वक्त हमें संशोधन और साधन निर्मिति का चक्र दोहराने की जरूरत लगाने की जरूरत नहीं है, बल्कि यह साडी शक्ति हमें यह सारे साधन ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों तक पहुंचाने में लगाने की जरूरत है। इसी प्रेरणा से बने Teach for India के TFIx उपक्रम की वजह से Learning Companions में हम अपना खुद का बहुत सारा समय, शक्ति और संसाधन बचाकर हमारे बच्चों के लिए सशक्त काम कर पा रहे हैं। इसी प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाते हुए अपने खुद के अनुभव, समझ और संसाधनों को किसी भी शर्त के बिना अन्य साथी संस्थाओं के साथ साँझा करते हैं। ऐसी ही एक लेनदेन और गुफ्तगू में TFIx २०२१ के entrepreneurs रिंसा (ज्ञानदा फाउंडेशन) और दादासाहेब (ग्रामऊर्जा फाउंडेशन) के साथ Learning Companions से गणेश।
20 October 2021 – Today, there has been enough research on most of the topics and problems and abundant resources have been created. Therefore, every time we start any new work, we do not need to repeat the cycle of research and resource creation, but rather we need to put all this energy in taking all these resources to as many people as possible. Due to the training and resources we received through Teach for India’s TFIx initiative in the same spirit, we at Learning Companions are able to do impactful work for our children by saving ourselves a lot of time, energy and resources. Taking this process forward, we share our own experience, understanding and resources with other partner organizations without any conditions. Ganesh of Learning Companions with entrepreneurs Rinsa (Gyanada Foundation) and Dadasaheb (GramUrja Foundation) of TFIx 2021 in one such exchange and conversation.

क्यूंकि बच्चों के माता-पिता तक उसकी जानकारी और महत्व नहीं पहुंचा है इसलिए वे अस्पताल या आंगनवाड़ी तक नहीं पहुँचते हैं, और आरोग्य विभाग भी यहाँ तक कभी पहुँच नहीं पाया है। Learning Companions के फेलो शासन व्यवस्था और समुदाय को जोड़ने वाली कड़ी बन रहे हैं। इसी वजह से आज आशा वर्कर, आंगनवाड़ी सेविका और आरोग्य विभाग के कर्मचारी बेड़े पर पहुंचे, बच्चों का टीकाकरण हुआ और आगे कोई भी जरूरत पड़ने पर बेड़े पर पहुंचने का वादा कर्मचारियों ने लोगों के साथ किया।
21 October 2021 – Sonkhamb children have never been vaccinated. Because the information and importance has not reached the parents of the children, so they do not reach the hospital or Anganwadi, and the health department has never reached here. The Fellows of Learning Companions are becoming the link between administration and community. That is why today Asha worker, Anganwadi workers and health department employees arrived at the hamlet, children were vaccinated and the employees promised to reach the hamlet in case of any further need.
