- शिक्षण क्षेत्रामध्ये अतिशय काटेकोर अभ्यास, संशोधन आणि नियोजनावर आधारित प्रभावी काम करणारी संस्था म्हणून Learning Companions ची ओळख आहे. तुम्हाला अशा प्रकारे गुणवत्ता आणि उत्कृष्टतेला प्रतिबद्ध असलेल्या संस्थेशी जोडल्याची ओळख मिळेल.
- इंटर्नशिप काळात तुम्हाला खूप नेमकी आणि आव्हानात्मक कामे मिळतील आणि कामाच्या दर्जा विषयी खूप नेमके आणि स्पष्ट गुणवत्ता निकष दिले जातील, जे तुम्हाला स्वतःची कौशल्ये (skills), कार्यक्षमता (efficiency) आणि व्यावसायिकता (professionalism) वाढवायला आणि तपासून पाहायला मदत करतील.
- आम्ही करत असलेला प्रत्येक प्रकल्प संस्था काम करत असलेल्या कुठल्या तरी वास्तविक समस्येशी संबंधित असेल. त्यामुळे तुम्हाला प्रत्यक्ष जीवनाशी संबंधित, आव्हानात्मक प्रकल्पांवर काम करण्याची संधी मिळेल.
- तुम्हाला ‘इंटर्नशिप प्रमाणपत्र’ मिळेल जे तुम्हाला आपला पोर्टफोलिओ मजबूत करण्यात मदत करेल.
इंटर्नशिप पूर्ण करण्याच्या अटी
- आपण किमान 24 कामाचे दिवस पूर्ण केले पाहिजेत
- आपण इंटर्नशिप कालावधीत दिलेली किमान 3 कामे पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक आहे (प्रत्येकी 4-6 दिवस, दिवसातून 3 तास)
- सर्व कामे प्रत्येक कामासोबत दिलेल्या गुणवत्ता निकषांप्रमाणे झाली पाहिजे.
- कामांच्या बाबतीत जबाबदारी, वक्तशीरपणा आणि व्यवसायिकता दाखवणे ही पूर्णपणे तुमची जबाबदारी असेल. तुम्हाला संस्थेकडून केवळ कामाच्या गुणवत्तेचे निकष आणि वेळ भेटेल. दरम्यान काहीही मदत लागल्यास तुम्हाला दिला गेलेल्या मार्गदर्शकांशी कधीही बोलू शकता. मात्र दिलेल्या वेळेत आणि निकषांनुसार काम नाही झाले तर संस्थेकडून पाठपुरावा केला जाणार नाही, तसेच कुठल्याही तडजोडींची तुम्हाला अपेक्षा करता येणार नाही.
- कृपया याची नोंद घ्या – ही paid-internship नाही. त्यामुळे आम्ही यासाठी तुम्हाला आर्थिक मोबदला देऊ शकणार नाही. पण आम्ही नक्की काय देऊ शकू तर वर नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे एक खूप चांगला इंटर्नशिप अनुभव जो तुम्हाला तुमच्या भविष्यातील संधींसाठी मदत करेल.
आपल्या इंटर्नशिपच्या कालावधीत आपण वरील अटी पूर्ण करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यास आपण इंटर्नशिप प्रमाणपत्र मिळविण्यास किंवा लर्निंग कॉम्प्रिअनच्या कोणत्याही संबद्धतेचा दावा करण्यास पात्र ठरणार नाही.

Why intern with Learning Companions?

- Every project we do is a real life problem, addressing some ground needs. So, you will get an opportunity to work on very contextual and meaningful projects.
- You will receive an ‘internship certificate’ which will help you strengthen your portfolio.
Terms of internship completion
- You should complete at least 24 working days
- You must complete at least 3 tasks given during the internship period (each taking 4-6 days, 3 hours a day)
- All the tasks must pass the quality standards provided with each task
- It will be solely your responsibility to show responsibility, punctuality and professionalism. You will only be given the quality standards and timeline from the organization. In the meantime, if you need any help, you can always talk to the guide assigned to you. However, if the work is not done within the given time and standards, you will not be followed up by the organization and you will not be able to expect any compromises.
- Please note – It is not a paid internship. So we will not be able to give you any monetary compensation. But what we promise is a quality internship as mentioned above that will help you strengthen for better future opportunities.
You will not be eligible to receive an internship certificate or claim any association with Learning Companions in case you fail to meet above terms during your internship period.
