Program Manager (Circle Companion)
We have ‘teaching fellows’ working in the communities and schools. They are working to create quality lesson plans/learning experiences for children and to motivate and skill the parents for providing quality education to their children. These fellows are supported by rigorous training for best teaching-learning practices, compiling and using creative learning activities and teaching aids, check-ins to set the SMART, rigorous goals for their class/community, demonstration of best teaching-learning practices and follow-up of their goals, learning, performance on the field. We are looking for education leaders (who are called ‘Circle Companions’ at LC, a role equivalent of ‘Program Manager’) who have relevant experience and who will be able to support and manage a team of teaching fellows and coordinate with the program team effective execution of the program.

Associate – Program development and communications
You will be working closely with the leadership team of Learning Companions, supporting the leadership team in a wide range of responsibilities including preparing proposals and concept notes, preparing outreach collaterals like posters and social media posts, closing conversation loop with supporters and partners by sharing reports, documents as per the requirement, participating in the training plans, different documentation structures etc. It will be a great opportunity for someone to understand very closely the different aspects of running an NGO, documentation, communication management and program development. We are looking for young leaders who are passionate about working in the education sector and looking forward to the experience of building an organization or program.
Learning Companions is preparing to do some interesting research projects that will help us further the vision of the organization. Some of the topics include mapping of existing coverage of organizations around issues related to education in Vidarbha, needs analysis for education NGOs in the region, models for financial sustainability of development sector organizations etc. We are in search of passionate, young leaders who are looking to work in the education sector with a specific focus on research. We require people who have a strong research background, willingness to learn and passion to work on research projects in the education sector.

Learning Companions Fellowship
As a fellow, you will be responsible for driving systemic change towards educational equity in learning spaces by inspiring and skilling children, parents, teachers and school administration. As a fellow you will be facilitating a community learning space/classroom, interacting with different stakeholders and maintaining necessary documentation
