Four years ago, we were welcomed into an office by a smile whose warmth has lingered since. Rahul led us straight to a whiteboard—listening closely, scribbling as we spoke, pausing to ask thoughtful questions.
That moment remains one of the most assuring and energising ones in my outreach journey for Learning Companions—the quiet confidence of knowing we would find people who listen with intent, care, and respect for the work. Since then, it has become a ritual. Rahul pushes us to draw things out, to visualise better, to communicate more clearly. He opens doors through thoughtful introductions and often shows up alongside us, lending credibility, encouragement, and belief when it matters most. Every time we reach out, he shows up and cheers the team on.
